§ 1
Introduction

1 This Regulation lays down rules for the use and operation of Internet service WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU

2 Terms and Conditions and any attachments and annexes, which are the integral parts together with the provisions of the law on Polish territory, strictly define the rights and obligations of the Service Users, as well as rights, duties and responsibilities of the entities having the right to keep and administer the services made available via the service WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU

3 Each Member shall, from time of taking steps designed to use the Internet service WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

4 Before setting up an account, please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions.

a) Regulations - this document together with all annexes and appendices, which expressly refer to it;

b) Service - matching website WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU located in the Internet address WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU, and other Internet addresses under which the service is maintained by the Administrator.

c) Administrator - an entity managing and running the service.

d) e-mail box - electronic mail box having a personal Internet address of the person (e-mail address) through which a person can send and receive messages and other data within the e-mail service;

e) User - a natural person over the age of 18 years, who effectively sets up an Account in the Service, by obtaining a Login and password allowing to log in to Account (registration on the Site);

f) Login, Nick - individual and unique user name in the Service, which he has accepted at the stage of establishment (registration) of the accounts of the Service;

g) Account - accessible to the user after logging (inputting login and password) in the Service through which a user enters and manages the data, descriptions and other elements associated with participation in the Service, as well as he can at this point make the actions and operations related to the operation in the Site (such as activating and deactivating of various services, etc.);

h) Profile – set of information, data and other elements presenting and describing the person, provided voluntarily and independently by the User to the Service, which are made available and presented at the User’s Site in the Service;


i) User’s Site - network space located at an individual address of User in the Service which publishes (presents) on the Service information, data and other elements describing the person you communicated by him to the Service in an independent and voluntary manner, through the places which other users, or in some cases people who use the Internet and non-Users can read the User’s Profile;

j) Profiles Database - a collection of data, information and other content provided voluntarily by all users of the Service, which are collected and processed in an orderly manner in the computer system by the Administrator with the consent of the User to provide services by the Service;

k) Support - a place on the Site, in which the user may at any time find out how to perform specific actions to achieve the desired objectives;

l) Spam - unsolicited transmission of an advertising commercial or informative nature, without the consent of the administrator;

m) Accounts Theft - illegal activities involving third-party interference in the User's computer system, in particular, burglary;

n) Netiquette - a set of rules of savoir-vivre in force on the Internet, designed to effectively and pleasantly help communicate with others;

o) Materials - articles, studies, images and all other content made available on the Site by the User.

3 Through the Site there are or may be provided in the future, paid and unpaid services to the users associated with the subject of the Service.

4 To use the services of the Service it is necessary to have the equipment allowing the use of Internet resources, an e-mail box and browser of online resources enabling the display of Web pages (the following browsers in these or later versions are recommended, with integrated support for cookies: Internet Explorer 5.0, Netscape 7.0, Mozilla 1.3 or later versions).

5 Registration in the Service is voluntary and free.

6 Additional paid services are provided only at the clear request of user after payment of fees for that service in accordance with the provisions of the Annex to the Rules and Regulations, entitled: Rules and range of paid services on the site WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU

7 Profiles database is legally protected, and The Data Controller (as defined in the Law of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data) gathered in the Database Profiles is "AWA" Ltd

8 Each User has the right to inspect his data processed by these entities, the right to revise the data and to claim to abandon their processing by removing from the Profiles Database. Detailed arrangements for the processing of personal data users are included in § 5.

9 Technical conditions of use of the Service are important for the proper functioning of the Service, its proper appearance in the web browser used by User, and for the security of data stored on the User Account in the Service. Each user should adhere to the following conditions and guidelines, and any action taken by you in a different way (intentional or not) shall be at his sole responsibility:

a) Service websites are based on cookie technology. Cookies are text files that are recorded on the hard drive of the computers of visitors to the Site, in order to save on them the information and data relating to User’s of the Service (this information is, for example, to allow to recognize users in the Site or to collect general statistical information about your use of the Service);

b) not supporting cookies by a web browser used by User does not result in inability to participate in the Service, however, this may cause difficulties or irregularities in its functioning, therefore it is recommended to use the software with the cookies enabled (eg speed of loading pages, and even the inability to log on to the account);

§ 4

Services

1 Through the Service Users are able to present on the User’s Sites a number of data, information and other content about themselves, together with the personal image appearing on provided photographs forwarded to the Service - which make up the concept of user profile, as well as the use of a range of other services to enable the conclusion of acquaintance between users, through special channels of communication, searching profiles database according to given criteria, Users browsing etc.

2 Browsing the Resources of the Service (Profiles database, users sites and others) and its various services may be available for every Internet user, but the extent of access for people who are not Users may at any time and in any field constrained by the Administrator, without giving reasons.

3 The administrator is not responsible for the services provided through the Service by third parties that provide services to Users on their own behalf and on their own account, under the terms and agreements concluded with the Administrator or the Administrator's main partners.

4 Determination of rules of such services should be the responsibility of the entity providing those services, and that entity is solely responsible for it and for it is to address any comments and complaints related to services provided, and any complaints directed to the Administrator will be forwarded to those entities.

5 All paid services on the Site are provided only at the express request of the User are made through the activation based on the rules set out in the Annex to the Rules of Procedure, entitled: Rules and scope to provide additional remunerated services in the Service.

6 The full range of basic services of the Service is available without restriction for members of the Club, which does not apply to additional services remunerated separately, which are available for each user regardless of status, upon payment of applicable fees.

7 The scope of access or the extent and means of providing the various services of the Service - both existing and created in the future - can be changed at any time (extended or reduced) by the Administrator, which also includes the ability to add or delete specific services. These may be dependent on the requirement to comply with additional conditions by the Users, in accordance with specific regulations in separate Rules of appropriate services.

8 The administrator will advise on the Service of any change in the scope of services and its causes.

§ 5

Participation in the Service

1 WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU Service was created to associate users with the help of best solutions that meet the highest demands and needs. Our Club Members have the opportunity to communicate and express themselves through any number of messages of any content, limited only by the nature of the Service.

2 Service Participant may be any natural person over the age of 18 years who, after accepting the provisions hereof, will implement a registration procedure in the Service completed with the an effective foundation of Account.

3 To be able to set up an account and be a user of the website and make use of its resources, it is necessary to meet the technical requirements specified in § 3. 9 above and the possession of any of the active e-mail box.

4 The procedure for registration and account activation is gradual via e-mail boxes and Web Service, which should be accompanied with described actions at every stage of the registration procedure, and in Help.

5 A person who fails to make the final activation of account set up upon registration in accordance with its procedure, may be prevented from effectively create an Account, and hence Pages and User Profile with login (Nick) information , temporarily reserved for that person in the Service, if the final activation of Account is not made within three days of receipt of the e-mail with information about the next steps necessary to effectively create an Account.

6 One person may have only one account in the Service. Cession or sharing of account is not allowed to other persons without the express consent of the Administrator.

7 By performing a registration procedure in the Service resulting in the foundation of Accounts, User must ensure and declare that:

a) read and approved the contents of the Rules without exceptions;

b) any personal data, image in photographs and other information which make up the profile are transmitted to the Service on a voluntary basis and agree to publication of the profile by the Administrator, which means that an unlimited range of Internet users may have access to such information. This does not include the following details: - e-mail address - the password to the Accounts - activation codes or any other type of sensitive data access - a phone number.

c) consents to the processing now and in future by adminiatrator any provided during registration and subsequent editing of profile or otherwise, personal data and personal image transferred to the Service on the photos for publication of this information and personal data by means of their presentation in the Service.

d) consents to the use of such data, information and personal image by the Administrator for marketing, information, statistics purposes, and publications in mass media such as Internet, newspapers, radio, television, mobile and stationary, but the publication in the media may take place only in such a way that the information presented did not indicate any link with the name and surname, or by direct contact with User (without the phone number, e-mail address.) The above consent also includes the authorization granted to the Administrator to share personal data with Administrator’s renowned business partners for the purposes specified above;

e) agree to receive marketing information from the Administrator and its reputable business partners.

8 By providing materials to the Site, the User:

a) declares that he shall have the right or permission required by law (in particular, property rights, copyright and the right to use the image) to ensure that they could be published on the Service and in other media, to the extent described in § 5 item. 8 point. c, and it does not violate any rights of third parties;

b) consents to the marking of the pictures or video by the Administrator (without substantial modification, the procedure of marking is automated by the system) in conjunction with the wording and manner specified in § 8 paragraph 13 of the Rules;

c) that the Administrator is provided perpetual royalty-free license to use, record and reproduce them with any technique, for marketing, informative, statistical purposes and publications in mass media such as Internet, newspapers, radio, television, mobile and stationary telephony;

d) undertakes in the case of referral by a third party for any claims to the Administrator, regarding the violation of any rights to published content, graphic or image material of third parties in a written statement relevant content that will free the Administrator from any responsibility in this regard and, if necessary, to join the case in place of the Administrator or to join the case on his side as intervening, taking to the Administrator on his first request, all expenses incurred by the Administrator related to court proceedings, including in particular expenses incurred to pay for legal representation , legal advice and court-awarded damages.

9 The information transmitted by User to the Service during the registration process or editing user’s Profile, may be moderated by the Administrator, which means that the administrator may refuse to publish them on the Service and thus prevent the User Account or a User’s Site if given the content or information shall not be permitted because of the Polish or international law, the Regulations and morality.

10 In view of the correct functioning of the Service and its technical considerations, the Administrator reserves the right to refuse to publish photos or video with the possibility of blocking user Site, if the picture is bigger than 600 kilobytes, if the picture or video will be of poor quality or does not meet the necessary conditions Technical Service.

11 Regardless of the amount of picture transferred to the Service – the main picture must depict the most current personal image of a user, i.e. one that allows to recognize the user in reality of the current time (eg, picture of a 25-year-old User presenting him at the age of 3 or 8 years old - is allowed to be published on the Service, but then it can not be a main photo and profile must be complemented by additional current picture, which is the main photo), main photo must show The User allowing it to identify expressly, in reality (it must be a face or silhouette of the visible features of the face or face with visible face features) - failure to do so will block the user site.

12 The user can suspend the account, which will temporarily deactivate the User pages in the Service (it will be invisible, and other users trying to call it will get adequate information that the user with the nick suspended his site), User Login will be unrecognizable, and in this time the User will lose the possibility of using the Service, or perform services related to its subject (for example, it will be impossible to use the internal mail system, User can not also make entries in the guestbook of other users, etc.), which does not affect the functionality of the accounts or services not directly related to making or exchanging of information between users. Suspension of Account does not suspend the time periods of additionally paid services. User can cancel the suspension of an Account at any time, however, must occur no later than after six months from the date of the suspension of accounts. After account’s six-month suspension period, which will not cease to be suspended at that time, this account will be automatically deleted, and the profile removed from the profiles database, without the possibility of its restoration, about which the User will be informed by e-mail within an acceptable period of suspension.

13 User may at any time delete his account from the Service according to the instructions set out in the Help. Along with the removal of accounts User Profile and Home Site will be deleted from the Service permanently and irreversibly. Submission by the User request to delete the personally identifiable information in the account’s registration form, will discontinue providing the service that is not possible for technical reasons and is therefore equivalent to deleting the user account.

14 Deleting Accounts may cause termination of all or part of the Service payable services purchased by the User, if for technological or system reasons for their provision it is necessary to have accounts in the Service.

a) disseminate pornography;

b) practice commercial activities, advertising, promotion;

c) send spam and unsolicited commercial communication;

d) undertake any action by which a person or entity implementing it tries to influence the users, work to their detriment, injury to the Administrator or any other third party;

e) publish in the Service the contents breaking the Polish or international law, morality or moral standards, insulting the dignity or adversely affecting the personal interests of others, supporting radical social attitudes or advocating such views (all kinds of racial, ethnic, gender, religion discrimination, etc.).

16 Due to the nature of the Service it is not allowed under any circumstances and in any form (explicitly or implicitly) to provide by User in publicly available content of the Service (eg on the user site, or in the guest book of another user) information which in any way could indicate any measure or method of direct communication possibilities with User (phone, e-mail address, contact information, instant messaging, etc., etc.), bypassing the purpose and nature of the Service’s object, which also includes giving or publishing in the same way addresses to any websites - without the express consent of the Administrator, and it is not allowed to:

a) induce other users to provide in any way the information about the possibilities of direct contact with the such User;

b) inform in the content published on User’s site or elsewhere in the Service available to all users of the fact that of using or not using by the user various services of the Service, as well as individual data, which the User is not entitled to inform.

a) User failed to comply with the Rules, in particular, uses the Service in a manner contrary to its purpose;

b) User has not logged in even once to the Service for a period of 12 months from last visit

c) the profile does not contain the minimum amount of data or information required to activate the User Pages for a period of 6 months. The scope of the minimum amount of data is indicated on the profile page in the Edit Accounts data by marking with the symbol *, the relevant information in this regard;

d) User has more than one account - in this case all user accounts can be removed;

e) User will not accept changes made by the Administrator in the Rules;

f) User within three months from the account’s blocking or other individual services of the Service by the Administrator, fails to make the action necessary to remove the underlying causes of blockage or because of specific circumstances does not guarantee the behavior consistent with the Rules;

g) User will not un-suspend suspended accounts for more than six months after its suspension;

h) User shall take action which, although indirectly, can be characterized as interfering with the structure of the Service, to which a user has no access, or by his actions undermines the functioning of the Service, regardless of the method and technique of these illicit activities.

1 Service disruptions may be complained about by a User by reporting malfunctions to Administrator.

2 In the same way the services provided on the Service are complained about, if nothing else is settled in regulations on the operation of the service, which is related to the complaint.

3 Complaints will be dealt with on an ongoing basis by the team operating the Service no later than 14 days after filing the complaint, but the Administrator reserves the right to leave the complaint unanswered if it relates to dysfunction resulting from ignorance of the Rules, the failure by User to observe the instructions given to users on an ongoing basis on the Service, or directly by the Administrator.

4 Complaints addressed to the Administrator, and the services provided by third parties through the Site will be transferred by the Administrator immediately to relevant third party, which is responsible for making complaints.

5 Administrator reserves the right to interfere in the technical structure of the user account, in order to diagnose the failures of the Service and may make changes and in any other manner impact the technical side of the Accounts page, in order to modify or restore the proper functioning of the Accounts or the Service.

1 Administrator is not responsible in any way within the limits of applicable law, for the materials submitted and published on the Service by Users, for their accuracy, reliability and authenticity.

2 The administrator is not responsible for the incident and events that may have occurred or in the real world between Users acquainted through the Service and for any reason.

3 Administrator is not responsible for the authenticity of the information and data given by Users to the Service, or information about Users made available to other users - Administrator is not able to verify the compatibility with reality.

4 The administrator will not share in any other manner than is apparent from the purpose and scope of the Service granted consents and statements, information and data about Users to any other third parties without a legal basis for ordering the Administrator to act as such and provides making every effort in order to be properly guard and, in particular in the manner prescribed by law to protect personal data and the regulations issued thereunder.

5 Administrator as the owner and manager of the Service will make every effort to ensure that service and all services made available through it worked continuously without any interruption, however, the Administrator shall have no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure or forbidden interference of Users or third parties.

6 Administrator reserves the right to temporary total or partial exemption of the Service in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance without prior notice to the users.

7 The administrator is not liable for Accounts theft made by third parties, as well as for downloading photos from the Service and placing them in other Web sites or using them in any way by third parties because the Administrator is not able to block copying photographs from the Service.

8 The administrator is not liable for loss of data stored in the Service computer systems administrator, due to equipment failure, dysfunction of the Internet, the loss due to actions of third parties.

9 Administrator reserves the right to publish on the Service, information about Users who persistently violate rules or in the same way, take action contrary to the Rules or the purpose and character of the Service.

10 Administrator reserves the right to anonymous publication of the content sent by the users of the Service maintenance team, and on issues related to the operation of the Service (FAQs), tips and other , in respect of which the Administrator finds that the answers to these contents are worth publishing.

11 Administrator reserves the right to use all the platforms of operation with the Service's internal mail system to conduct commercial, advertising, informative activities among users, as well as to third parties, in particular, by directing to users or attach to transferred mails between Users and third parties advertising, information, and commercial content and about products or services provided by both the Administrator and third parties. Thus, users agree to added content of advertisements, noticeboards, etc. to the content of the correspondence sent via internal mail system.

12 It is forbidden without the consent of the Administrator expressed in writing, copying, reproduction or any other use in whole or in fragments of information, data or other content and images from the site WWW.EUROZNAKOMSTVA.EU, except as fair use under the Law on Copyright and related rights (OJ 1994 No. 24 pos. 83).

13 Administrator reserves the right to implement in the Service in all its aspects, functional, identification or other solutions, that might be relevant to the subject matter of or technical conditions of the the Service, in conjunction with the possibilities of behavior or adverse events, or endangering the rights or interests of Users, the Administrator or the legitimate interests of others, due to the nature of the medium like the Internet (it is a counteraction to such Internet features as unpredictable directions and opportunities for emerging technology risks, the scope, the impossibility of verification from the real situation, anonymity, etc.).

In particular, the Administrator reserves the right to mark by different methods and characteristics materials submitted to the Service by Users, to demonstrate their origin from the Service, which aims to counter the use of these materials in a manner inconsistent with the will of users by any person not authorized to do so. Each user can ask the Administrator to discontinue the use of such arrangements in relation to materials originating from the User, and the administrator will be able to refuse that request only in cases where this could prejudice the legitimate interest of the Administrator or third parties.

14 Administrator reserves the right to make a cession in whole or in part any of its rights and obligations associated with the Service, without the consent and the possibility of any expression of opposition by the users.

15 Any comments, questions, information on the Site may be directed to the Administrator at the e-mail address info@euroznakomstva.eu

1 All these Rules may be changed at any time by the Administrator, without giving reasons. Changes will be published on an ongoing basis in the form of a uniform text of the Rules for the Service, together with information about them.

2 After the issuing on the main page of the Service or in other places intended for this purpose by the Service information about changes in the Regulations, the User should immediately consult with the changes, since logging into the Site after such notice constitutes an unconditional acceptance of new Rules content by the User.

3 In the event of not accepting any such changes to the Rules, you should refrain from logging in to the Service and shall immediately inform the Administrator of this decision.

4 The statement should reach the Administrator no later than 14 days after the entry into force of the amended Rules. If the User’s statement does not reach the Administrator at the above date, it is assumed that the recipient has accepted the revised Rules.

5 Statement of not accepting changes to the Rules, entails the removal of user accounts.

1 Organizer of the service "Virtual Gifts" is a "AWA" limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator."

2 Description of Services operation

2.1 The aim is to create service opportunities to bestow virtual gifts between users of the Service.
2.2 Every user after the purchase for the chosen sum will receive a package of credits to be used without time limit.
2.3 Paying via PayPal in case of payment of 5, 10, 15 or $ 20, the User will receive 15, 30, 45 or 60 points respectively.

3 Points will be able to be allocated for the purchase of any gift for a chosen user of www.euroznakomstwa.eu portal for the number of points indicated on site of presents.

3.1. Points that can be used to purchase virtual gifts are replaced automatically when they are bought.

4 Time of offering the services

4.1. The service is offered by the Service since 10 of June 2010 to appeal, which may occur immediately, without giving reasons, from the Administrator.

5 Complaints related to "virtual gifts" service should be addressed to the Administrator only in electronic form to the address info@euroznakomstwa.eu

5.1 complaints submitted by the participants will be considered by the Administrator not later than within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
5.2 Administrator's decision the complaint submitted is final.
5.3 Administrator is not responsible for the defective execution of the service, which may occur for reasons attributable to the telecommunications systems, which subscribers of "Virtual Gifts" will use.
